Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of TimeArc. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's required terms, Apple's terms control.

The service

TimeArc helps you record expiries, habits, and countdowns. Dates, reminders, summaries, voice transcription, and suggested reminder plans may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for confirming important information and taking action on time.

Not professional advice

TimeArc is a personal organization tool. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Habit features do not replace qualified care or emergency support.

Your content

You retain responsibility for content you enter or attach. You must have the right to store that content and must not use TimeArc for unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

Premium purchases

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your App Store account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged after purchase confirmation. Prices, free trials, and billing periods are shown by the App Store before purchase. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase for the supported lifetime of TimeArc and remains subject to these terms.

Trials, cancellation, and refunds

Any free trial automatically converts to the displayed paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Cloud Sync, notifications, speech recognition, widgets, Siri, and purchases also depend on Apple services, device compatibility, connectivity, permissions, and account status.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeArc is provided "as is" without guarantees that reminders or stored information will always be available, accurate, or delivered. We are not liable for missed deadlines, expired products, habit outcomes, data loss, or indirect damages caused by relying on the app. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Termination

You may stop using TimeArc at any time. We may restrict use that violates these terms or applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as TimeArc changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
