Privacy Policy

Effective August 4, 2026

TimeArc is designed to work without a TimeArc account. Your tracker content is stored on your device unless you choose to enable iCloud Sync.

Information you add

You may add expiry items, habits, countdowns, profile names, notes, dates, prices, reminder settings, and photo attachments. TimeArc uses this information only to provide features you request.

Voice Quick Add

When you use Voice Quick Add, Apple speech recognition services may process your speech according to your device settings and Apple's privacy terms. TimeArc converts the result into editable text. TimeArc does not save the audio recording.

Photos

Photos are kept as attachments. TimeArc does not scan or analyze their contents. Attachments remain on your device, or in your private iCloud data when iCloud Sync is enabled.

iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud Sync, tracker data and attachments are stored in your private Apple CloudKit database so they can appear on your devices. TimeArc does not create public CloudKit records or use CloudKit to invite other people. Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policy apply.

Purchases

Premium purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. TimeArc receives product and entitlement status needed to unlock Premium, but does not receive your full payment-card details.

Notifications and device permissions

TimeArc requests access only when a feature needs it, including notifications, speech recognition, microphone, photos, and device authentication. You can change permissions in iOS Settings.

Diagnostics

Apple may provide aggregated crash or performance diagnostics when you have chosen to share analytics with developers. TimeArc does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Your records remain until you edit or delete them. You can delete individual trackers or use Delete All Data in Settings. Data synchronized through iCloud may remain subject to Apple's normal synchronization and backup processes.

Children

TimeArc is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information through a TimeArc account or advertising profile.

Changes

We may update this policy when TimeArc changes. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published.
